We are only human  and with that, mistakes can happen.  Regardless of the reason for your unhappiness, we will work on the issue and do everything we can to get your car to meet your expectations.  Please realize some spills (especially any with reddish dyes), can actually damage and dye carpet and upholstery fibers.  Once this occurs, these fabrics can be cleaned, but color change is permanent unless material is replaced or re-dyed.  You will not leave unhappy.  I guarantee that.

​​DO YOU COME TO MY HOUSE TO DETAIL MY CAR?

​​No   We are not a mobile or on-site detailer,   We have our own shop to work in.

​​DO YOU DO EXTERIOR DETAILS I.E. PAINT CORRECTION, WASH & WAX?

​No  Although we are a Professional Detailers, we noticed a niche market which we felt was underserved - Auto INTERIOR Detail.  we decided to specialize in this to make the inside of your car look it's best.

​DO YOU HAVE SERVICE PACKAGES AVAILABLE IF I WANT MY VEHICLE DETAILED MORE OFTEN?

​​Yes, after your first detailing, we would be glad to design an auto detailing Maintenance Plan specifically for your vehicle.

​​SHOULD I HAVE MY CAR DETAILED BEFORE I SELL IT?

​​Absolutely!   Although not listed as one of our services wee would be glad to provide an estimate for this detail. 
​You don't get a second chance to make a first impression!  Showing a clean, well detailed vehicle to a potential buyer will speak volumes about you, and show that the car was taken care of and not cosmetically neglected.  A car's well-maintained appearance will impress prospective buyers and help sell your car faster and for more money.   It is no different than putting your house on the market...the cleaner and nicer it looks, the quicker it will sell at a higher value.

​I HAVE A FEW STAINS, WILL YOU REMOVE THEM?

​MOST STAINS ARE NO PROBLEM AND ALTHOUGH WE GENERALLY HAVE OUTSTANDING RESULTS WITH REMOVING STAINS, WE CAN'T GUARANTEE IT WILL BE FULLY GONE. SOMETIMES IT CAN TAKE MULTIPLE DETAILS TO GET THE STAIN COMPLETELY REMOVED.  PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE WILL DO THE BEST POSSIBLE JOB TO REMOVE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.   IMPORTANT - HAVE A BIG STAIN OR ONE THAT HAS BEEN THERE FOR MONTHS?   READ THE EXCESSIVE STAIN SECTION.

​​I HAVE A PET AND THEIR FUR IS EVERYWHERE.  CAN THE PET HAIR BE REMOVED?

Nominal pet hair removal no problem althouh it is one of the most time-consuming type of detail.  But for those with excessive amounts  please read the Excessive Pet Hair section.  When we detail an interior, we always do our best to remove all pet hair by vacuum and by hand to ensure your interior is left hair free
